At Manna Beauty Couture, every appointment is thoughtfully reserved to provide an unhurried, personalized experience. The following policies help ensure fairness, respect, and the highest quality care for every client.
Permanent Makeup Appointments
Booking Deposit
A non-refundable $100 booking deposit is required to reserve all permanent makeup appointments.
Your deposit will be applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
Should you need to reschedule, we kindly request a minimum of 72 hours' notice.
Your booking deposit may be transferred one time with sufficient notice.
Additional reschedules are subject to a $50 rescheduling fee.
Booking deposits are non-refundable.
Missed Appointments
Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the reserved service cost.
Design Approval
Every permanent makeup procedure begins with a personalized design consultation.
Please review and approve the shape carefully before the procedure begins. Once treatment has started, the approved design cannot be altered. Future modifications, corrections, or removals are considered separate services.
Procedure Eligibility
For your safety and to achieve the best healed results, certain medications, supplements, or medical conditions may affect your procedure.
Excessive bleeding can compromise pigment retention and may prevent treatment from being completed safely.
If a procedure must be discontinued after it has begun due to circumstances beyond our control, including excessive bleeding, 50% of the scheduled service fee will apply to cover the reserved appointment time and work already performed.
Please carefully review all Pre-Care instructions and consult your healthcare provider if you have questions regarding medications or medical conditions.
Healed Results
Permanent makeup is both an art and a healing process.
Every client heals differently. Skin type, age, lifestyle, sun exposure, medications, skincare products, previous permanent makeup, and proper aftercare all influence healed results.
While every effort is made to achieve beautiful, long-lasting results, healed outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Additional sessions may be recommended to perfect or build color and are priced separately.
Lash, Brow & Beauty Appointments
Appointment Changes
Please provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or appointment changes.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.
Missed Appointments
Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the reserved service cost.
Late Arrival
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule if there is insufficient time to safely complete the service without impacting subsequent appointments.
Guests
To maintain a quiet, relaxing, and sanitary environment, we kindly ask that children, pets, and additional guests not accompany you to your appointment unless previously approved.
Payment
We accept cash and all major payment methods.
For added convenience, Affirm financing is available for eligible purchases. Simply select Affirm at checkout to view available payment options and monthly plans based on approval.
A 3–5% processing fee applies to credit and debit card payments.
Washington State sales tax applies to all permanent makeup services.
Right to Refuse Service
Manna Beauty Couture reserves the right to decline or discontinue services when treatment is determined to be unsuitable, unsafe, or not in the client's best interest, or when studio policies are not followed.
