Every appointment requires a great deal of attention and care that every client deserves. I respect my clients’ valuable time and am honored that they have chosen me for their beauty needs. In turn, I expect my clients to respect and value my time, as well as other clients’ time.
Policy for all Microblading and Semi-Permanent Makeup services
A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to secure your appointment. If you cancel your appointment for any reason, it will result in forfeiture of your booking fee.
There are no exceptions for no-shows. Your credit card will be charged 100% of the service cost.
If you need to reschedule, you are required to do so at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to your appointment time. You can only reschedule once or you will be charged a reschedule fee of $50.
To ensure satisfaction, please review the drawn shape carefully before starting the process. Once the final shape has been approved and the process has started, change/removal/corrections will be considered as a different service.
For any reason occurring the pause of the progression including excessive bleeding, a 50% cost of the service will be charged as the appointment is reserved just for you. Please making sure you have stop any meds that you are taking that cause blood thinner. If you are not sure about it, make your own research, reaching out to your healthcare provider or just stop taking them or it might affect the outcome and cause more sensitive.
HEALED RESULTS: Results are NOT guaranteed and will vary with each individual client. Due to my experience, a second or third session may be needed to achieve desired results at additional costs . Factors such as: age, diet, skin type, lifestyle, skincare, post and aftercare, medication, tattoo removal or cover-up, etc… will effect the results.
NO GUESTS: No children, pets, or additional guests are allowed in the studio due to hazardous materials and cross contamination.
We reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
